Cancellation & Refund Policy

SUGUNA TECH PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• For virtual goods (Coins/Beans), cancellations will be considered only if the coins have not been credited to the account due to a technical error.
• Request for refund must be made within 24 hours of the transaction.
• If a purchase was made and the coins were successfully credited and partially/fully used, no refund will be entertained.
• In case of multiple deductions for a single order, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.
• In case of any Refunds approved by the SUGUNA TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, it'll take 1-2 working days for the refund to be processed to the original payment method.
