Creator Terms & Agreement

This Creator Terms of Service ("Agreement") governs the relationship between SUGUNA TECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", "our") and individuals who register as content creators, broadcasters, or Radio Jockeys ("Creators", "RJs", "you", "your") on the Love Share application.

By applying to become a Creator on Love Share, you agree to comply with this Agreement, our general Terms & Conditions, and Community Guidelines.

1. Creator Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a Creator/RJ.
• You are required to submit accurate verification details (KYC) including identity proof and banking/UPI details for payout processing.
• Your account is personal to you and cannot be transferred or shared with anyone else.

2. Content & Code of Conduct

• Creators are expected to host engaging, respectful, and entertaining audio/video rooms, talk shows, games, and social sessions.
• Strict Prohibitions: You must not broadcast or share any sexually explicit, obscene, offensive, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy.
• Violation of community standards will result in immediate suspension, ban, and forfeiture of all accumulated rewards/beans.

3. Virtual Gifting & Creator Royalty

• Users may purchase virtual goods (Coins) on the platform and send virtual gifts to Creators to show appreciation.
• Gifts received are converted into virtual points ("Beans") in your Creator Wallet as outlined in the Wallet Policy.
• Beans can be redeemed for real money (Creator Royalty/Consultancy Fees) based on the exchange rate specified in the Creator Panel.
• The company acts solely as a social platform connecting creators and users, and payment to creators represents a fee for content hosting services.

4. Settlement & Payout Policy

• Payout requests can be initiated once you cross the minimum threshold of Beans.
• Anti-Fraud Review: All withdrawals undergo a mandatory 72-hour review period to ensure compliance with our platform policies and prevent payment fraud or chargebacks.
• Payouts are processed directly to your linked bank account or UPI ID.
• All payouts are subject to applicable taxes, including Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) under the Income Tax Act of India.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your Creator status, lock your wallet, or suspend your account at any time if we find any breach of this agreement or suspicious transactions. You may choose to stop broadcasting and close your account by writing to sugunatechprivatelimited@gmail.com.
